Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company (STPC), located in the Petrochemical Special Economic Zone, is the only producer of pure Terephthalic acid (PTA), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), yarn (POY), and synthetic cotton (STAPLE). The company attempts to achieve the vision of the organization (dynamic) and strategic goals (homogeneous variety of products), while complying with applicable legal requirements and commitment to continuous improvement related to all management systems, including:

ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ OHSAS 18001:2007/ ISO TS 29001:2010/ISO   10002:2018 ISO 50001:2011/ ISO 22000:2005 &HACCP Strives to achieve the following goals.

1- Achieving nominal production capacities and improving the quality of products

2- Control and prevention of the creation, release or discharge of any pollutants or waste in the environment and achieve clean production

3- Commitment to eliminate or reduce employee safety and health risks

4- Paying attention to the demands of people and increasing customer satisfaction and others

5- Prevent excessive consumption of energy resources, promote the culture of energy management and pay attention to the purchase of high-efficiency energy equipment

6-  Controlling critical points in product health and safety and preventing the exit or distribution of hazardous products

7-  Develop the culture of participation, learning, creativity, and innovation

8-  Improving the level of knowledge, skills, competencies, and competencies of employees as the most valuable resources of the organization to achieve strategic goals and management systems

9- Improve the level of flexibility and rapid adaptability of the organization to change through risk management

10- Protecting information assets and maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of electronic data

The senior management of the organization, while committing to providing the required resources, utilizing the participation and creativity of employees, and creating effective communication, introduces the esteemed head of the complex as a management representative to conduct periodic reviews on systems performance to meet requirements, continuous improvement and ensure the effectiveness of management systems.
