In the absence and non-response of Japan's Mitsubishi Company under the pretext of imposing sanctions, 
Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical specialists localized some equipment with the participation of Iranian knowledge-based companies. After that, they completely localized the process of rotating machinery of the country's petrochemical industry.
The air compressor for an oxidation process in the "CTA2" unit is the heart of the Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical process. In case of failure, the production of the 2nd chemical line and subsequently the second polymer and textile line of one of the two Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical plants was completely stopped, in the amount of two thousand and 200 tons per day.
Localization and Iranianization of parts& equipment and finally the whole of this compressor, the equivalent of one million dollars in value savings have been achieved. Also, with the acquisition of Iranian knowledge and technology, the production risk in Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company at the height of sanctions is decreased.
