According to the Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical public relations and international affairs, The Annual Ordinary General Assembly was held on June 26, 2022, in Azadegan Hall of Research Institute of Petroleum Industry in the presence of 85.54% of the members and chaired by Mohammad Hassan Famili.
Based on the announcement in the annual general assembly of Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical
Company, the report of the board of directors and the independent auditor& legal inspector were read. Also, the financial statements of the fiscal year ending on March 20, 2022, the reviewing& approving of the distributable profit, and the election of members of the board of directors were on the guideline.
Also, the auditor's financial report was read and the auditor approved the transparent financial performance of the company.
The financial statements of Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company were approved by the General Assembly and Donya-e-Eqtesad newspaper was selected to publish the official advertisements of the company.
Also, 45 million Rials for a monthly meeting was set to attend the members of the board of directors and the members of the specialized committees under the supervision of the board of directors and 1250 Rials per share was approved as the dividend of Shegoya shares.
According to this assembly, Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company should pay 30 billion Tomans to
the Strategic Council of the Mahshahr region this year in the field of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR).
We need to mention that this assembly was held according to the announcement of the Exchange Organization regarding the Social Committee of the National Task Force against Coronavirus and the observance of health protocols.
