According to the Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical public relations and international affairs, the monthly production record was broken, for another time, in the last year. The previous monthly production record in the company was about 110,000 tons and by the efforts of staff reached 116,000 tons, although that month
had 29 days. This record made the company cover its production program.
The amount of production of various products in Shahid Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company was one million 110 thousand 632 tons, despite two months of major repairs in the first and second chemical units, according to the program of 2021-2022. The amount of production has increased by 6614 tons compared to the same time of 2020-2021. Also, the production of polymer products increased by 4461 tons compared to the previous year to 547,805 tons, and the production volume of POY increased by 6800 tons (equivalent to 22%) to 37,851 tons.
